SMARTSware

SMARTSware is a software package created to facilitate batch refinement of diffraction data measured at the Lujan Center.
The SMARTSware package consists of the following programs:

  • SmartsABC: Extraction of lattice parameters and other data from a series of Rietveld refinements.
  • SmartsAddRun: Batch additiion, subtraction and scaling of GSAS data files.
  • SmartsAux: Batch running of POWPREF, GENLES and POWPLOT with possible inputs.
  • SmartsAVI: Batch generation of movies from diffraction data.
  • SmartsBin: Binning of raw data (Nexus file) into a GSAS data file.
  • SmartsExtract: Extraction of statistics from a series of NeXus data files.
  • SmartsFitDif: Refinement of bank diffractometer constants.
  • SmartsFitspec: Refinement of bank incident spectrum correction parameters.
  • SmartsInvPol: Batch generatioin of inverse pole figures from diffraction data.
  • SmartsInvDir: Batch generation of inverse direction figures from diffractiion data.
  • SmartsIparm: Generation of single tube diffractionmeter constants based on full Rietveld refinement of single tube data.
  • SmartsMacro: Batch extraction of slow-controls data for series of runs, including stress, strain, true stress, true strain.
  • SmartsPolfigInt: Batch integration of areas on a pole figure.
  • SmartsPolfplot: Batch creation of pole figures.
  • SmartsReflist: Batch extraction of peak intensities (prfo = MRD values).
  • SmartsRunRep: Batch Rietveld refinement based upon an exisiting refinement.
  • SmartsSPF: Batch single peak refinement based upon initial values given in an input text file.
