current professional life:
Working as a Scientist at Los
Alamos National Laboratory.
Located in the Computer, Computational, and Statistical Sciences Division.
Generally interested in solving problems in protein dynamics and gene
regulation using computational approaches to structural biology and
systems biology.
Currently obsessed by diffuse X-ray scattering from
protein crystals and multidrug resistance in bacteria.
Writing computer software to realize my ideas
and to enable others to use my methods.
Helping others to
improve their algorithms and to make their codes run faster.
Promoting quantitative biology
as a discipline.
